Attempt Number 1:
Early design, palm tree island in the middle might be where I create the meeting space.
Ground level, shrubs and grass applied.
Attempt Number 2: 
I have figured out how to create cliffs, I might extend the bridge to meet this cliff.
Ground level, got rid of the 'dirt' mountain and the grass and shurbs and also the island, I thought that they were not need, it made the environment look a little fake and tacky.
